All our creative preserved flower pieces are handmade by our florist, the artist behind all pieces, Awen. Will handmake each piece after it is ordered. You can also contact us to put customization on the pieces or write cards along with the gift.

As the pieces are made to order, we will make and ship in 5-7 days after an order is placed. The shipping time usually takes 7-10 days. Therefore, we recommend you place an order20 days before your preferred time to receive

For all pieces we can provided customized hand written cards with no additional charge. The pieces that have customized’ option in product description are semi-customized pieces, which means we are able to place the name or initials of the gift recipient inside of the piece. We also offer fully customized pieces where you can choose every little detail for full customization, please contact us via email at awenhana@outlook.com

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of initially placing the order. Since all our pieces are made to order, if our florist has already started making your piece or you have already received your piece. Then it is not returnable. Please note this excludes quality related issues or shipping and handling issues.
